Book a product demo. Once you've completed it, we share a read-only demo account so your team can explore Setu. After 14 days we send the invoice to start your chosen subscription — there is no self-serve free trial.
Are all features included in every plan?+
Growth includes all core features. WhatsApp Commerce and Chatflow Templates are added in Pro (with limits) and unrestricted in Enterprise. Enterprise also unlocks upcoming features like the Voice Call Agent and industry vertical packs — auto-included as they ship.
Do the prices include GST?+
Yes — all listed prices are inclusive of 18% GST. Annual billing gives you two months free versus paying monthly.
Do I pay per message?+
Your plan covers the Setu platform. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and billed at cost with 0% markup — replies within the 24-hour service window are free.
What is the 24-hour window?+
When a customer messages you first, you can reply freely for 24 hours at no per-message cost. Messaging a customer outside that window uses a paid template (Utility / Marketing / Auth).
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Every organisation is a fully isolated tenant, so contacts, campaigns, conversations, and credentials never cross tenant boundaries.
